Returns & Refunds policy

At ECOGNISATION, your satisfaction is our priority. We take pride in crafting sustainable bamboo products with care and quality. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Please note that personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  1. Email us at support@ecognisation.com with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

  3. Once your return is approved, please send the item back to the address provided.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or video of the product. We’ll offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchange requests, please reach out to support@ecognisation.com.
